I’m very excited to publish my first article with UX Booth! Leveraging User Research for More Effective Feature Prioritization Hopefully it is the first of many. Those of you who know me will be familiar with my flexible and pragmatic approach to user experience. In this article, I discuss how you can stabilize a project’s scope and prioritize your features based on what you know about your users. Another tool for you to nail down that moving target. I look forward to reading everyone’s comments and reactions.

This was a great article! Unfortunately, unless you are able to play the political game well, there are a lot people who have already got their stakes in the game who are not going to let the UX person in. Been there, doing that. So it takes some forward thinking within a company to get there.
Luckily a lot more of them are starting to realize. I’m really interested in seeing how things shake out over the next 10 years.
BTW, I’m going to be quoting the Frankenstein, Swiss cheese line for a while to come 🙂
